As part of our efforts to enhance and improve the experience of the guests of Allah, we have outlined certain notes and guidelines that help facilitate the pilgrims journey.

 

Allowed Luggage:

 

Pilgrims are allowed to bring only one bag with dimensions not exceeding 50x40x25cm and a weight limit of 15kg.

  

 

Note:

- No items other than bags will be allowed on the bus, such as plastic bags, bundles, or cartons.

- We recommend taking a photo of your bag to make it easier to identify upon collection.

 

 

We kindly ask you to follow these guidelines in case of lost luggage:

 

1. Report the issue immediately to the reception staff.

2. Provide the necessary information to the reception staff, including your full name, booking number, any details recorded on the luggage, and a photo of it.

 

 

The reception staff will take all necessary measures to locate the lost luggage.
